Refund Policy

Refunds shall be made via Bank Transfer into the customer's complete and accurate bank account details. PGA Great Brands Shop offers no guarantee on the timeliness of the refunds. The processing of refunds may take long depending on the guidelines provided by the respective banks and/or payment provider's internal processes. All refunds are conditional, and PGA Great Brands Shop reserves the right to reject any exchange or refund for opened or used products in accordance with DTI rules and regulations.
